Our department’s faculty member Prof. Dr. Serhan Özdemir’s project titled “Building Trauma Index” has been covered in the national press (in Turkish). The project aims to provide information about the resilience of buildings using real-time data by capturing incidents such as earthquakes, fires, and floods. The project outputs have been successfully tested in a laboratory environment and patented under TR 2020 12551.”
